Founder

Dr. Khosrow “Ken” Shakoori established GDI in October 2020 to fulfill his
long-awaited desire to make a meaningful contribution to humanity.
Perhaps it is a tiny gesture, but it may significantly impact some people’s
lives. He always says his passions in life have been creative thinking and a
desire to know the truth. Creative thinking taught him to take appropriate
steps when encountering distorted or downright prejudicial thoughts and
actions. To that end, his lifelong desire has been to tell everyone that we
must harness the power of truth to create unbiased societies.

He is a steadfast believer that teaching people to distinguish between the absolute truth and perception of truth may radically impact some people’s worldviews, attitudes, and actions. Philosophical thinkers have shown that the brain takes known ideas, combines them in new ways, and forms new thoughts. Also, thinking, knowing, remembering, judging, and problem- solving are some of the cognitive/brain processes such as perception, memory, and problem-solving. Truth-seekers agree that while reality is static, perception of reality is variable, occurs entirely in the mind, and might be diametrically different from known reality.
